ReaderBuddy may update its Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the products and services that ReaderBuddy offers, however, the underlying goal of protecting user privacy remains the same. STORAGE AND USE OF USER INFORMATION

ReaderBuddy stores information as described below that could be used to identify users (“Personal Information”) on the ReaderBuddy servers for the sole purpose of providing the ReaderBuddy service to users. ReaderBuddy also stores certain non-personally identifiable information using log files.

The following paragraph describes the Personal Information collected on ReaderBuddy servers: email address, name and mailing address, telephone number, payment and usage records.

COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE SITE UPDATES AND NOTIFICATIONS

The email address of account holder is used for confirmation of a successful account creation. Account holders can opt out from the updates at any time by logging into their account to modify their update preference. Users also have the right to opt in or opt out of communications related to such services as, but not limited to, new application launches, promotions, ReaderBuddy contests and events. ReaderBuddy may also collect the account holder’s cell phone number if the account holder opts in to an SMS alert service.

SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS

On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if the service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, ReaderBuddy might send users an email or SMS message. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

ReaderBuddy communicates with users on a regular basis to provide requested services. In regards to issues relating to their account, ReaderBuddy replies via email or phone, in accordance with the user’s wishes.

ELIGIBILITY

ReaderBuddy does not intentionally collect or use personal information about individuals under the age of 13. Consequently, use of this web and mobile internet site and all related services by children under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited. ReaderBuddy reserves the right to delete, move, edit, refuse to post or take other appropriate action with respect to any messages, information or files which ReaderBuddy, in its sole discretion, deems objectionable or otherwise in violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
